Our Fabrication Division focuses primarily on the oil, gas and mining sectors with regards to pressure piping and pressure vessel fabrication.

Kelsey Pipelines is certified for:

• The construction of B31.1 and B31.3 piping and pressure vessel manufacturing to ASME Sec. VIII;
• CWB certified for structural fabrication;
• Weld Procedures for both Saskatchewan and Alberta Welding Safety Authorities.

Aside from our welding certification, we also have trained and certified technicians for the fabrication and fusing HDPE materials. Our Quality Management System is ISO certified to ensure the quality of our product and that we are fabricating to our quality control manual. In addition, our quality management system incorporates our safety manual, to which we are COR certified.

Our facility offers 30,000 sq feet of shop space divided between 2 shops – one being pressure vessel and piping and the other our structural, machining and maintenance. With welding units throughout both shops and our portable, automated and sub arc units in place, we are able to meet any welding need and have the weld procedures in place for all processes. The facility offers overhead cranes to the capacity of 20 tones and as well numerous yard cranes and fork lift units. Our location provides us with 10 acres of fenced and secured yard space with paved and unobstructed access to Hwy# 11 for the transport of pressure vessels and modules.
